In 2004, Tony Elenteny started E&F Construction after working in his family's construction company for a good part of his life. In 2015, Paul Hollenbach joined E&F Construction after running his own construction company for over 15 years. Together, Tony and Paul have combined their skill sets to create a construction company with over 35 years of combined general contracting and project management expertise in seismic retrofits, high-end kitchen, bath and whole home remodels, foundation and structural repairs and light commercial tenant improvements and HOA projects throughout the East Bay.
